Near public transport, with easy street parking in the great neighborhood of Bernal Heights  recently featured in the NYT Travel section...( ethnic restauants, an organic grocery, cafes, bookstore,  gym, video store, yoga, pilates, bakeries, salons, a great Farmer's Market  etc. all within walking distance).  A great panormaic view of the city from atop Bernal Hill and an eclectic,  tolerant, activist neighborhood.

Sleeps two ( tho I prefer one for longer term stays)  dog lovers ( I have a delightful mutt).

Best of all, there's flexibilty on the rental terms. Thrice weekly or full three months,  weekend visitors or some other configuration - please contact me to see what's possible.
