I wanted to alert you and the school that I am prepping 5975 Park Ave,
Richmond for sale. I bought the house from the Ali's in 1990, and I have
adored living here, but I am moving to a new area, and now is the time to
go.

Over the years people from the school have stopped by, and another neighbor,
who has friends who study with you suggested that I might reach out to the
community, who still have a fondness for the house and this area.

The main house has been completely remodeled with solar panels, lots of sky lights,
and I based it on Vastu (E. Indian Feng Sui).  Hameed's cottage is pretty
much the same, just upgraded with bamboo floors etc. There is another
apartment attached to the barn as well. 2 acres fenced, water systems,
organic garden backing up to the regional park on 3 sides. Wildcat Canyon is
the back yard, and Wildcat creek the front. Very private and serene. There
