Ridhwan Summer Retreat - The Fulcrum

The summer retreat is taking my consciousness by storm. In general, I am finding that most of what I thought I knew is very limited... my understanding of "practice" is incomplete, my understanding of commitment is too.

We looked into how the ego appropriates experience and have explored motive and goals as well. I have had three overwhelming experiences where I was able to stay with where I was and allow my habitual need to understand my experience to drop away.
